Hey so this is my first blog. I never really know what to type in the first entry. So I will just share a few images i recently took.
Right: Flowers in th Botanical Gardens.

LEFT: A tree at sunset on the Port Hills.

RIGHT: A view over Christchurch up at the Port Hills.
So there are a few recent ones. I'll probably post some more...when i edit some.
One thing I would like to share with you is something I always question myself about. And that is..'How does someone become a good photographer?' There is so much to know about the subject and its just so hard to take in. Sometimes I find myself argueing in the back of my mind with another little voice saying 'Pay attention or you won't take good photographs.' To be honest, alot of the times my eyes just galze over, when i should be listening, and I end up having all these thoughts, 'What if all the good photos I have taken have been flukes? What if it's just the editing of an image that makes it look good? What if i wake up one day and try to take photos and they come out like absolute dogs arse, and I never take another good photo again?' I personally find it really hard to "plan" to take a photo of something. I am one of those people that likes just just get out of bed, have a shower, casually bus somewhere with my ipod and just take photos when I see something that looks good in my eyes. What about when my eyes stop working an I end up walking past every great opportunity, then I get home and load my memory card onto the computer, only to find that I didn't actually take any photos at all? Well.......to me it sounds like the worst nightmare possiable. I ended up talking a bit too much and i am not entirely sure that any of it makes sense. Essay writing was never my srtong point haha.
See Ya!
